Both options are available depending on the service. Ukrposhta Express and EMS can deliver to a recipient's address, while standard parcels and registered mail are often collected from the local post office. Items held for collection are stored free for a set number of days, after which uncollected items are returned to the sender, so collect a notice-left item promptly.
