How do I return an online order with ACS?

Many Greek stores let you return part or all of an order through the ACS network within the retailer's return window. ACS creates a new unique 10-digit return voucher for the return, so the return parcel is tracked separately from the original delivery. Follow the seller's return instructions to book the pickup or drop-off.
