My Ninja Xpress parcel is lost or damaged. What do I do?
Contact the seller first, because the transport contract is between the shipper and Ninja Xpress, so the seller files the claim. Across the Ninja Van network, a damaged-parcel claim is generally filed within 14 business days of the "Received" status, and a lost-parcel claim within 14 business days of the "Cancelled" status. Keep all packaging for damaged items and provide your tracking ID, the seller's name, the address, and the shipment date.
