What do the letters at the start of a Ukrposhta number mean?
The first two letters are the S10 service indicator. Codes starting with R (such as RR) are registered mail, codes starting with E (such as EE) are EMS express, and codes starting with C (such as CP) are postal parcels. The prefix is a strong hint about the service but does not guarantee it, so always rely on the actual scans for the real status.
