What happens if my Flash Express delivery fails?
If a rider cannot complete delivery because no one is available, the address is wrong, or the parcel is refused, Flash normally reattempts on a following day. After repeated failed attempts the parcel is marked "returned to sender" and routed back to the merchant, so reschedule promptly if you miss the first attempt.
