What should I do if my Matkahuolto parcel is damaged or lost?

Contact your nearest Matkahuolto outlet within 7 days of delivery and file a damage claim on the Matkahuolto website. Photograph the outer packaging, the opened contents, the protective materials, and the inside of the box, and provide proof of the purchase price. Compensation is capped under the Finnish Road Transport Contracts Act unless extra declared value or insurance was arranged.
