What should I do if my OCA parcel is lost or damaged?
Open a claim (reclamo) with OCA through the 0800-999-7700 line, the website, or the app. Keep your admission receipt, tracking number, a description of the contents and their declared value, and any customs paperwork. For a marketplace order, you can also open a parallel case with the seller, who holds the dispatch records.
