What should I do if my Speedex Courier parcel is lost or damaged?
For a damaged parcel, keep the packaging, photograph the damage, and report it promptly within the claim window, quoting the AWB. For a lost parcel, ask the sender to open a trace with Posta Plus; if the parcel cannot be found, a claim for the declared value can follow, subject to the service terms.
