What should I do if my Ukrposhta parcel is lost or damaged?
Keep your posting receipt, which carries the tracking number and date of posting, then contact Ukrposhta customer service with the number and the contents and value of the item. Registered and insured items, including EMS, carry compensation cover up to the declared value, subject to the service terms. For international items, the claim may be coordinated with the destination postal operator under UPU rules.
