If you are the sender, the number is printed on your post office receipt for Registered Post, EMS Datapost, or a parcel. If you are receiving an item from an online store, the postal tracking number appears in your order confirmation or shipping email. The seller's order ID is not the same as the postal tracking number, so use the carrier reference to track here.
