Why has my YTO Express parcel not updated for several days?

A YTO parcel that looks stuck is usually still moving; the scan has not caught up. The most common causes are customs processing, a long line-haul leg between scans, and the gap before the parcel enters the network. International parcels often pause at an outbound or inbound customs status for a few days, which is normal.
