Why is my CDEK tracking number not working?
Check that you copied the full number with no missing or extra digits. Tracking only activates after CDEK physically takes the parcel in charge, so it can take 24 to 48 hours after you receive the number before the first scan appears. If it still fails, confirm with the seller that you have the CDEK waybill rather than an internal order ID.
