Why is my Nova Poshta tracking not updating?
Tracking can pause for several normal reasons: a brand new waybill may not show movement until the parcel is physically scanned, long transit legs can pass between scans, international parcels can sit in customs for several days, and after an international handoff updates may continue under a partner carrier. If there is no movement for an unusually long time, check the number is correct and contact Nova Poshta support.
