Why was my Viettel Post parcel returned to sender?

A parcel is returned when it cannot be delivered, often because the recipient was absent after repeated attempts, the address was incorrect or incomplete, or a cash-on-delivery order was refused at the door. The tracking status will show a return state, and the item travels back through the same hub network to the sender. Contact the seller or Viettel Post to arrange redelivery where possible.
