Parcelforce Tracking Number

A Parcelforce tracking number consists of 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 or 21 alphanumeric characters, often beginning with two letters. For Parcelforce tracking, these last two letters are not necessarily GB, as they are with Royal Mail tracking codes. The first two letters of these tracking codes will likely be EA, EB, EC, ED, EE, or CP.

Parcelforce Globaleconomy

Globaleconomy is a low-cost delivery service to countries nationwide. Delivery times start at 28 days for parcels up to 30kg. Parcelforce tracking is not available on this service. Any of the thousands of post offices and depots nationwide provide Globaleconomy services. Prices start from £24.70 as this service is only available to ‘far-flung’ destinations. There is no compensation or guarantee of delivery times included in this service.

Parcelforce Irelandexpress

Irelandexpress is a Parcelforce tracking service to deliver parcels to Ireland overnight. Both collection and drop-off are available on this service. Parcels can way up to 30kg. Delivery time is guaranteed, and they will refund 100% of the delivery cost if the package is late. Also included is compensation covering loss and damage up to £200 with the option of adding more available. Prices start from £16.68.

Parcelforce HM Forces

HM Forces delivery is perfect for sending parcels to military personnel at any destination worldwide. Parcelforce tracking is available up to the point the package leaves the country. Alteration of the destination, while the parcel is in transit, incurs no extra costs. This service is only available from post offices. A weight limit of 30kg is in place on all destinations excluding HM Ships (BFPO 200-499) which has a limit of 11kg. There is no speed guarantee on this service as delivery times will depend on the destination station. However, the service includes compensation of £100 for loss and damages. Prices start from £8.90

Parcelforce Tracking Not Working or Showing Updates

There could be several reasons why your tracking number is not working:

Parcelforce tracking systems do take some time before they start showing updates. If you have just had your item collected or dropped it off, please allow time before updates begin to appear.

Please ensure that the tracking number entered is correct.

If you are receiving the shipment, please ensure that the sender has given you the correct tracking number. Do get in contact with the sender if you believe they have sent you an incorrect tracking number.

Ensure that the reference number that you have for the Parcelforce tracking is for a service which provides tracking. If the service does not include tracking, then you cannot follow the package.

How Long Does It Take Royal Mail to Ship from the UK to the US?

Parcelforce offers three services which ship to the USA: Globalexpress, Globalpriority, and Globalvalue. Of these services, Globalexpress guarantees delivery for the next working day to the US. Globalpriority works to deliver parcels to the US in three working days, and Globalvalue will attempt to make four working days. Prices decrease as the length of delivery increases. If Parcelforce tracking is required, then use globalexpress or globalpriority.

Parcelforce Domestic Restricted Items

For deliveries within the UK restrictions are in place for many goods:

Any dangerous objects such as flammable liquids, waste and banned weapons Parcelforce services will not transport.

Please ensure items such as kitchen knives and liquids, including alcohol below 70% ABV, are package to avoid injury or spillage during the transport of goods. Mark these items with a return address.

Parcelforce will not deliver any illegal items, for example, counterfeit currency.
