When you raise a return, the seller books a reverse AWB and Ecom Express schedules a doorstep pickup, available 365 days a year, usually returning the item to the partner within about 24 to 72 hours. Track the return with its reverse AWB exactly as you track an outbound parcel. For QC-Enabled returns (RVP+), an associate inspects the item at your door before accepting it.
