My Ecom Express tracking is not updating. What should I do?

Scans are recorded at handover points, so an In-Transit parcel can go quiet for a day or two and still be moving. Give it 24 to 48 hours and refresh. If it stays stuck at Information Received with no pickup, the delay is on the seller's side, so contact the store. If the AWB returns no data at all, check that you are entering the 10-digit Ecom Express number and not a marketplace order ID.
