My Geniki Taxydromiki tracking is not updating. What should I do?
A gap of a day or two usually means the parcel is moving between scan points, not that it is lost, because events are recorded at handover points rather than continuously. Tracking can also take 24 to 48 hours to activate after a dispatch notification. First confirm you are tracking the Geniki voucher and not the seller order ID, allow extra time over weekends, holidays, and peak periods, and if a domestic parcel is genuinely overdue, contact customer service on +30 210 4851100 or ask the responsible branch to investigate.
