My Kazpost package is delayed or lost. What should I do?
First recheck the tracking number for typos and allow extra time for international transit. Confirm whether the item has been handed to the destination carrier and check that carrier too. If it is still missing, contact Kazpost with your tracking number and posting receipt, and for valuable registered or EMS items ask about filing an inquiry or claim.
