My Lazada parcel says delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
First check guardhouses, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and with household members, since gated-community parcels are often scanned as delivered at the guardhouse. In the Lazada app, request the delivery proof, which LEX often stores as a photo or signature. If you still cannot locate it, go to My Orders, then Help, then Delivery Issue, and select Item Not Received to open an investigation.
