What does 'Held in customs' mean on my Mauritius Post tracking?
It means the item is undergoing customs inspection by the Mauritius Revenue Authority before it can be released for delivery. Duty or VAT may be assessed at this stage. There is usually little to do but wait; once the item shows 'customs cleared', it returns to the postal network and moves to out for delivery.
