What is Ninja Van Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery lets the recipient pay for the order when the parcel arrives. Ninja Van collects the payment at the doorstep on behalf of the seller and later remits it to the shipper. COD parcels follow the same tracking status flow as any other parcel.
