What should I do if my Mauritius Post item is lost or damaged?
For registered, parcel and EMS items, keep your posting receipt and tracking number and lodge an enquiry or claim with Mauritius Post within the time limits set for that service. The post office can trace the last scan and, for international items, raise an enquiry with the destination operator. Ordinary untracked mail generally cannot be traced or compensated.
