What should I do if my Slovakia Post parcel is lost or damaged?
Registered, parcel, and EMS items can be the subject of a formal enquiry (reklamácia). Keep the tracking number, the posting receipt, and photos of any damage. For outbound mail the sender files the claim; for an inbound purchase, contact the seller or marketplace first and Slovenská pošta in parallel. International claims can take time because both the origin and destination posts are involved, so open them as early as your tracking evidence allows.
