Why is my Speedex Courier tracking not updating?

Tracking most often goes quiet while a parcel is on an international leg or held at customs, not because it is lost. Cross-border parcels can show no new scan between leaving the origin country and arriving in the destination country. If nothing changes for more than five to seven business days, contact Speedex Courier or ask the sender to open a trace, quoting the AWB.
