Track Collect+ Package

Your Collect+ trucking number could be located in your shipment confirmation email, or in online store order page.

Whether you have had your shipment picked or dropped a package off, you can use this tool to follow the status of your shipment.

Collect+ Package Tracking Service

Once you enter the tracking number of an item(s) into the Tracking tool, you can review the latest status of that item. Depending on the status, origin and destination, and the class and services of the item, you may be able to take a number of different actions if available.

  • You can find the item’s tracking history and see what kind of services and features are associated with it.
  • You can request emails and/or text messages about your item or a Proof of Delivery email.
  • You can also leave instructions for the carrier on where to leave your mailpiece if no one is available to accept it.

Collect+ Common Questions:

CollectPlus does not arrange refunds or exchanges. Once the parcel has been returned to the retailer, if you have any queries on when your refund will be processed please contact your retailer directly. Returns to online retailers typically take 3-5 working days (from the day our driver collects the parcel from the CollectPlus store). Please allow the retailer a few days to process your return and arrange your refund or exchange.

If you're a proud owner of an Amazon Echo device (be that the original, the Echo Dot or even the Echo Spot), you'll be pleased to hear you can now use the voice-activated assistant to return your parcels with Collect+. All you'll need is your voice and a Wi-Fi connection.

When you are ordering items online with a retailer, if they offer CollectPlus Click & Collect it will be shown in the online flow. Please choose the CollectPlus point of your choice and let us do the rest. We will let you know when your parcel is delivered to your chosen CollectPlus point and ready to collect via text message or email. This communication will also include your collection code.

  • If you are sender: you can find your tracking number on the Post Office™ shipping receipt, that was given to you while registration.
  • If you are receiver: your tracking number could be located in your shipment confirmation email, or in online store order page.

First, please check the delivery standard for the mail class of your domestic item. You can find out the mail class by entering the Collect+ Tracking number and looking up "Product Information" Then compare your mail class and progress to what is found in the Mail Delivery Standards chart located in Delayed mail and packages?. The delivery standard chart indicates when your item should be delivered by and when we suggest you could email or call Customer Service regarding your item. Also, if your item has a status of "Alert" a delay could have occurred because of weather-related and other natural disasters or events.
