How do I pick up a parcel from an InPost Paczkomat?
When your parcel is ready, you receive a notification with a 6-digit pickup code. At the locker, enter the code on the touchscreen, or use the InPost Mobile app to open the compartment remotely without touching the screen. The door opens automatically and you take your parcel. The 6-digit code is not the same as your tracking number.
