My Evri tracking is not updating or seems stuck. What should I do?
First, allow a little time, because tracking can pause between scans, especially over weekends, peak periods, or while a parcel waits at a hub. If there have been no updates for several days, contact the retailer you bought from, since they are the sender and can raise an enquiry with Evri. For international parcels, fewer updates are normal once the parcel is handed to a partner carrier abroad.
