My GLS parcel says delivered but I did not receive it. What now?
Check around your property and with neighbours, since GLS may leave a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Look for a card or notification about a GLS ParcelShop. If you still cannot locate it, contact the sender or retailer, who can open an enquiry with GLS as the contracting party.
