My Iceland Post tracking is not updating. What should I do?

A status that has not moved for a few days usually means the parcel is in transit between countries or waiting in customs, not lost. Confirm you are using the right reference (seller's number while abroad, Iceland Post number once it arrives). If there is no movement for more than 10 working days, contact PĂłsturinn on +354 580 1000 with both references.
