My Iran Post tracking is not updating or seems stuck. What should I do?

It is normal for tracking to pause, especially on international routes, because scans are only created at specific handling points such as departure, arrival, and customs. Between those points the parcel still moves without new events. First re-check the number for typos, then allow extra time for customs. International items can stay 'in transit' for a while and then jump to 'delivered.' If it has been stuck well beyond the expected window, contact Iran Post at post.ir or your local office.
