Why is my Thailand Post tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can appear stuck for a few reasons: the item may be sitting in customs in the destination country, it may be in the gap between Thailand Post and the foreign carrier during handoff, or scanning may be delayed during peak season. In most cases the parcel is still moving, and updates resume at the next scan point. If there is no movement for two to three weeks, contact Thailand Post or the destination carrier.
