My Omniva tracking is not updating or seems stuck. What should I do?

First allow extra time, as gaps of several days are normal on cross-border and customs routes. If it still seems stuck, double-check the tracking number for typos, look it up on a universal tracker such as InstantParcels to catch updates from the carrier abroad, and contact Omniva or ask the sender to open an enquiry with the tracking number and dispatch date.
