My STO parcel says delivered but I did not receive it. What now?
First check around your property and with neighbours or a building reception, and confirm the delivery address on the order. Delivery scans can occasionally be recorded slightly early. If the parcel still does not appear within a day or two, contact the seller or online store, who can open an inquiry with STO or the local delivery carrier on your behalf.
