My Uruguay Post tracking is not updating or seems stuck. What should I do?

A pause of several days is usually normal, especially while a parcel crosses a border or sits in a customs queue, and Correo Uruguayo says total international delivery can reach up to 21 working days once customs is included. First check you are using the full S10 number ending in "UY". If the status reads held or presented to customs, you may need to file your purchase declaration or pay duties.
