My XpressBees parcel says delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?
First check around your property and with neighbours or building reception, since riders sometimes leave parcels in a safe place or with a third party. If you still cannot locate it, contact the seller you ordered from and XpressBees customer support promptly with your AWB number so they can investigate the delivery scan and proof of delivery.
