What do the letters at the start of a Correios code mean?
The prefix usually points to a service group. SEDEX express items often start with SS, SX, SY, or SZ, PAC economy parcels with PB, PA, PC, or PD, and registered international items with RR, RA, or RB. Prefixes are a useful hint but not a strict guarantee, since ranges are reused over time.
