What do the letters at the start of my tracking number mean?
The two opening letters are a UPU service indicator. RR means registered mail, EE means EMS, CP means international parcel, and U-prefixes (UA to UZ) mean letter-post small packets containing goods. The prefix shows the broad mail class but does not by itself guarantee a specific speed or fee.
