What is the difference between an AWB number and an order ID?
The order ID is issued by the store you bought from and identifies your purchase inside that marketplace. The AWB number is issued by Ecom Express and identifies the physical parcel in its network. For carrier-level tracking, use the 10-digit AWB; the order ID is mainly for tracking inside the store's own app.
