What is the difference between the voucher number and my store order number?
The store order number is the reference your retailer or marketplace assigns to your purchase, while the Geniki Taxydromiki voucher is the courier reference created once the parcel enters the network. Only the voucher resolves on the tracking system. If you have an order ID such as one from Amazon or AliExpress, open the seller account to find the courier voucher, then track that number here.
