For a tracked registered, parcel, or EMS item, start a claim with the party that holds the contract: the sender for outbound mail, or the seller or marketplace for an inbound purchase, while also notifying Poșta Moldovei. Keep the tracking number, the posting receipt, and photographs of any damage, since an enquiry is built on this evidence. International claims can take longer because they involve both the origin and destination posts.
