You can find it on the posting receipt handed to you at the post office, in the shipping confirmation email from the online store you bought from, or on the parcel label. For marketplace orders, the seller usually shows the postal identifier once the parcel is handed to Ukrposhta. Keep the receipt, because it carries the number you need for any claim.
