Why does my InPost tracking say the parcel was returned to sender?

A "returned to sender" status means the parcel is going back to the seller. The usual reasons are that it was not collected from the locker within 48 hours, the address or chosen Paczkomat was incorrect, or delivery was refused. Contact the sender or InPost customer service to arrange a re-send or a refund according to the store's terms.
