Why does my parcel show 'Presented to customs'?
This status means the item is waiting for customs review and any VAT or duty assessment before it can be released. Since 1 January 2026, VAT applies to all shipments into Montenegro regardless of value, so an overseas parcel may pause here until any amount due is settled.
