Why does my tracking show a gap between Colombia and the destination country?
This happens during the handoff between 4-72 and the destination carrier. The last scan in Colombia and the first scan abroad can be days apart while the item is in transit or customs. The tracking usually resumes once the destination postal service scans the parcel.
