Why does Ninja Xpress say delivered but I have not received my parcel?

First check around your property, with household members, neighbors, or building reception, since drivers may leave parcels with a recorded proof of delivery. If you still cannot locate it, contact the seller and Ninja Xpress customer service with your tracking ID and ask them to review the proof of delivery and driver notes. For marketplace orders, also raise it through the platform's buyer protection.
