Why is my ACS tracking not updating?

A tracking page that has not moved for a day or two usually means the parcel is between scan points, not that it is lost, because ACS records events at handover rather than continuously. First confirm you are tracking the ACS voucher and not the seller order ID. Allow extra time over weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods, and for EU parcels while they cross the border with GLS. If a domestic parcel is genuinely overdue, contact ACS with your voucher number.
