Why is my Azerbaijan Post tracking not updating?
Postal items are scanned at fixed checkpoints, so a few days without a new scan is normal, especially while an item waits at an office of exchange or in customs. Inbound parcels from East Asia can take several weeks before the first Azerbaijan scan appears. If there is no movement well beyond the expected window, contact Azerbaijan Post with your tracking number and posting date.
