Why is my Correos tracking not updating or stuck?
Tracking can pause for a few reasons: the item is waiting for the next facility scan, it is held in customs for an international shipment, or it is on a leg handled by a partner carrier that has not reported back yet. Wait 3 to 5 business days, as international parcels can stay quiet and then jump straight to delivered. If there is no movement for a week or more, contact Correos or open a claim.
