Why is my Cyprus Post tracking not updating?
A tracking page that has not changed for a few days usually means the item is moving between scan points or waiting in customs, not that it is lost. Posts scan at handover points rather than continuously, so international items can pause between countries. Allow extra time during peak periods and holidays. If an inbound parcel is stuck at customs, you may need to pay VAT online before it is released.
